Frequently asked questions
Are you certified organic?
Yes. Berry Happy Farms is certified organic through PACS (Pacific Agricultural Certification Society). PACS is a Canadian certification body that certifies to the Canada Organic Regime (COR) and the British Columbia Certified Organic Program (BCCOP).
Do I need to book in advance for U-Pick?
We recommend booking your U-Pick session at least one day in advance so we can better prepare for your arrival. Only one booking is needed per party.
What happens if it rains?
Because U-Pick is an outdoor activity, sessions may be adjusted depending on the weather and field conditions. In light rain, visits may still go ahead, but in the case of heavy rain, strong winds, or unsuitable field conditions, we may need to reschedule or cancel bookings. If there are any changes, we will contact booked guests as soon as possible.
Can I buy blueberries on-site without pre-ordering?
Limited quantities may occasionally be available for purchase on-site, depending on the day’s harvest. If you would like to make sure blueberries are available for pickup, we recommend ordering in advance.
What if I cannot pick up my order on the scheduled day?
Unless otherwise noted, the default pickup date is the day after your order is placed. If you would like to request a different pickup date or time, please leave a note in the Special Instructions box when placing your order. Because our blueberries are freshly picked, we may not be able to hold your order beyond the scheduled pickup date.
