Before You Come
We’re so happy to welcome you to Berry Happy Farms. Before your visit, here are a few helpful things to know so you can make the most of your time in the blueberry fields.
Before your visit
- Please check our website/social media for farm updates before coming.
-
For U-Pick visitors, we recommend booking your visit at least one day in advance so we can prepare for your arrival.
- Opening hours and U-Pick sessions may change depending on the weather. In light rain, U-Pick sessions may still go ahead, but in the case of heavy rain, strong winds, or unsuitable field conditions, we may need to reschedule or cancel bookings. If there are any changes, we will contact booked guests as soon as possible.
- Rain or shine, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated and make your visit as smooth and comfortable as possible.
What to wear
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (rain boots are the best!) suitable for walking in the field. On warm sunny days, a hat, sunscreen, and water are always a good idea.
What to bring
To protect our environment, we encourage visitors to bring their own container for blueberries. If needed, boxes are available for purchase at the farm.
A few farm notes
-
Berry Happy Farms is home not only to blueberries, but also to bees, birds, and other small farm inhabitants. We kindly ask all guests to respect the land, plants, and wildlife during their visit.
- We kindly ask that children stay with an adult during the visit, as the fields can feel a bit like a maze — we still get lost in there sometimes too.
- While you’re picking, feel free to enjoy some fresh blueberries straight from the field!
